ABSTRACT

Global Covid-19 pandemic has forced many libraries to close their traditional services. However, education and research activities cannot be stopped. Therefore, online mode is the best choice to continue the core business of universities during total or partial lockdown to suppress the virus transmission. ITB Library, as many other libraries, has increased its digital services to the client. Some digital strategies were developed to maintain good engagement with students and lecturers. The ITB Library has also increased electronic collection subscriptions, enriched the content of its digital repository, developed mobile application, and conducted periodic online meeting with students and lecturers. Limited hardcopy circulation is also done by the library. The results of various digital engagement is reported in this paper. By using this strategy, ITB Library can maintain its maximum support to education, research, and community services of ITB members.
